Registration Payments
Full prepayment is required in order to attend the first day of class. We do not offer automatic payment deductions.
Collegiate TEst Prep acceptance
All course tuition and related fees must be paid in full one month prior to the first day of the course. Please note that payment does not guarantee that a course will run, as each course must meet minimum enrollment requirements. If minimum registration thresholds are not met, the course may be canceled. In that event, payments may either be refunded or applied toward another course of equal or greater value.
All fees must be paid online through the parent portal, and a payment confirmation will be sent to your email. These email confirmations serve as your official receipt, so please keep them for your records.
Accepted Payments methods
We only accept credit cards/debit cards.
Already registered? Need to Pay?
Any remaining balance for your course fee may be paid by logging into the Student Portal. Please contact Collegiate Test Prep at 704.330.6035 or collegiatetestprep@cpcc.edu if you need assistance.
Are Scholarships Available?
While Collegiate Test Prep does not provide scholarships, we do accept third party payments.
REfund policy
Thank you for enrolling in Central Piedmont Collegiate Test Prep. The tuition includes a $100 non-refundable deposit as part of your registration fee. Refunds may be requested up to one month prior to the start of course and will be issued minus the $100 non-refundable fee.
Refund requests made within one month of the course start date are generally not eligible for refund unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Extenuating circumstances may be submitted for review and are subject to approval by the Assistant Director.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and when possible, we are happy to apply your tuition payment toward another course of equal or greater value.
